How to delete your account and data

You can delete your Visual Note account at any time. After you delete your account, you cannot access it again. The deletion is permanent and you cannot revert any changes after you confirm the deletion.
NOTE: Deleting your account does not cancel the premium subscription you have, if any.

1. To delete your account, log in on our Visual Note Mobile APP
2. Access the user profile section
3. Click the “permanentely delete the user” link at the bottom of the page
